Refund Policy

At Reds Resin we strive for perfection and our customers satisfaction, but sadly that is not always guaranteed, we are sorry if you are not pleased with our services. Please read the sections below to determine if you qualify for a refund, and how we go about processing refunds.

Who qualifies for a refund?

1: If you received Broken, or damaged product

2: if you did not receive your product within 21 days of ordering

3: you received the wrong product

4: unwanted gift, if you received our product as a gift, and were not interested in keeping it

5: if you never received your ordered product.

6: If your product is under 30$ value we will not refund it

How to process your refund

To begin the refund process, first email us at robertallred@redsresin.com with a copy of your purchase receipt attached, a picture of the product you received. Along with the reason for the refund found in the list above. Then simply put the product you are returning in a box and ship it to 3492 1/2 G RD Clifton Co 81520. We will be documenting every return, and if your return does not fit one of the reasons listed above we will send it back to you, and you will be charged for the extra shipping to deliver it to you again.
